Bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Green Valley Lake, CA.

Sandina was fantastic to work with. She is incredibly responsive. Always answered texts and phone messages quickly. Very knowledgeable about the San Bernardino mountain communities. I would definitely work with her again to buy another property or to sell my current home. Even though we didn't know each other prior to working together, I now consider her a friend.

I've met Nathan at an Open House in Running Springs, CA San Bernardino Mountains. Nathan and his family wanted to view a listing in Green Valley Lake. And we did. That house was not the one for them. Right after we've seen that listing, on that Sunday, we've searched for more listings in the area, and after a few phone calls we had the green light to view few more homes in Green Valley Lake. We did and we found The Home, we found the perfect Home for Nathan and his family, on that Sunday. We opened escrow and closed in 20 days, just on time for the Winter Holidays!
